- Respond promptly to incoming phone calls.
- Complete administrative tasks including entering home warranty applications, scheduling evaluations, input results of evaluation information, processing and coordinating replacements, sending invoices and evaluations results to real estate agents and/or title companies, scanning home warranty documents for electronic storage, processing inspection reports, scheduling of return appointments, mailing of renewal notices and welcome letters.
Great customer service, administrative and typing skills are required along with the ability to multi-task.
You will be working alongside the best team in town therefore... drug testing is required.
